When it comes to modeling, the cost of your materials is not the model’s business. If you are not capable of covering the fee of your materials and paying for the service of a model (except the model choose to work for free) then look other option.

Our pelvic floor needs to be DYNAMIC👏 It needs to lengthen AND contract. And we need to stop treating it like an isolated muscle that just needs to be squeezed all day❌❌ There is SO MUCH MORE to pelvic floor health than Kegels!! And this is EXACTLY how I approach my training. Strength work, pelvic floor release, deep core connection, breathing mechanics, pressure management…ALL OF IT! This season’s Vogue Business #SizeInclusivityReport shows an incremental 0.1% improvement in curve (mid and plus-size) representation for #SS27 versus FW26. But that’s just a glimmer of progress in an overall bleak data set. Amid accelerating access to GLP-1s and conservative undercurrents, curve representation remains low at 2.5%. In New York, seven of the top 10 most size inclusive shows featured plus-size representation, up from two last season.
