There is a saying “it ain’t over till it is over.” In my case, it is definitely over. I am ready to see my maker. Here are the stats: Years since my first flight lesson: 50 Years since my first solo: 49 Years since I have my CFI: 47 Years flying for United: 38 Total Flight Hours: 30,000+ I have been showered by love on my last flight (from colleagues ) that it justifies 20 or more posts since IG only allows 20 photos per post. The photos are meant mainly for family and friends. I don’t mean to bore you.

October is mostly magical ~ neither hot or cold here, yet water temps have been warmer than usual. Leaves are changing on the oak next door, pumpkins on display everywhere I look, there’s a breeze, lattes taste better, the sweaters are pulled out for styling, the sun is setting earlier, and it wraps up with one of my favorite holidays on the 31st. I love chocolates, and shades of tan/grays/blacks (is this Instagram any sign of that? 😉) and the weather is now perfection for motorcycling. I tend to ride slower, not faster, during this season. I’m excited about creating and designing my costume(s) for Halloween! I’m leaning towards “Dune” (movie/series) inspired, or Spider… some or rather. Or both! I’ve always begun crafting, collecting, sewing. Wishing you all a wonderful October magic. I hope something good comes your way.
