She’s fitfuelbyjuliana on TikTok. Since I don’t see her here I’ll add the instructions Recipe:
50g oat flour* (or oats blended to flour OR
regular oats)
30g of vegan vanilla protein powder* (important for thick texture!)
100g of Greek yoghurt or skyr (I used @Arla
Dairy UK)
5g milled flax seeds
10g peanut butter powder*
90ml of water or milk (1 just used water)
For the caramel layer:
5-10g of peanut butter + 5-10g of maple syrup mixed together
For the shell:
20g of dark chocolate*, and peanuts if desired Mix together the ingredients for the oats and place into a ramekin/bowl. Refrigerate to let thicken for 1-2 hours..
Make the caramel then spread over the oats.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and drizzle over the top to form a shell. Refrigerate overnight and enjoy! #oats #breakfast #recipe #overnightoats

Fresh Cut Friday, October 2021 edition. This weekend marks FIVE YEARS since my first zero buzzcut. 🥹

Back when my entire editing strategy was “press record and cut hair.” No dramatic transitions. No carefully engineered three-second hook. Just me, some clippers, and nearly six minutes of your afternoon.

I’ve shortened it this time. You’re welcome 😂

I’d already buzzed my hair, but taking the guard off was another first. Watching this back, I love seeing myself smile and keep reaching up to feel it. I’d spent so many years frustrated with my hair, and here I was, finding out I could just… have even less of it.

Five years later, I’m still delighted by that discovery.

If there’s something you’ve wanted to try because you think it might feel more like you, I hope you give that feeling some credit. Being happy with yourself is a pretty good reason. ❤️
