I FINALLY completed this certification.

And for the record — this is NOT a “took some classes, got a certificate” situation. This is a FULL YEAR of lectures, modalities from ancient wisdom to somatic therapy, Internal Family Systems, aspecting, purge and witness, hours of vagus nerve and neuroscience study, and hours upon hours of practicums with peers and real outside clients.

But the real work? Going to the DEPTHS of my own old programming and stories. Sitting in my own shit until it moved. Finding the parts of me that were running the show and giving them a place to rest.

Good GAWD. 😅

So if there’s anyone who knows how to process some shit and regulate the system — it’s me. 😁
