Custom fabrication means thinking outside the box, adapting on the fly and having the skills to get it done right.
Case in point, this big ol’ diesel. The angle of the grille made the traditional intercooler location less than ideal. No problem for Jeff. A little ingenuity, some custom-fabbed mounts and a few welds later, we’ve got a solid mounting solution that positions the intercooler between the frame rails.
