What is an invisible ramp? 💡
Just like a physical ramp removes a visible barrier, invisible ramps are intentional supports and practices that make workplaces more accessible for people with invisible disabilities and neurodivergent traits.
They can look like:
✨ Sharing clear expectations and written instructions
✨ Providing schedules or agendas in advance
✨ Offering flexible ways to communicate and participate
✨ Supporting sensory needs and allowing breaks
✨ Making workplace routines more predictable
Accessibility can be practical, proactive, and built into the way we work.

This is so true everywhere must have a ramp .follow me back from Gafsa Garson international disability advocate and Ehlerdanlos syndrome advocate and those that are disabled due to chronic illness and author ♿️🇿🇦🦓
