This summer, 300 educators from communities across Massachusetts participated in Backdrop to Success.

Each dot represents a place a participant came from, and behind those dots are educators making time to learn about trauma-sensitive classrooms, student belonging, and their own well-being.

I created Dr. MC’s Self-Care Cabaret in 2019, building on my doctoral work. Seeing this part of that work reach educators across the state is a moment I want to pause and appreciate. 🎭
