If you’re looking for a build your own hotpot bowl check out @brothandbowls.kent — there’s a variety of noodles, vegetables, seafood & meats you can choose from. They have broth samples upon check out so that you can pick one that you like — I think this concept is very helpful as sometimes I’ve chosen a broth I didn’t end up liking.

Anytime Kris and I eat hotpot by the lb we always play a guessing game of what we think our bowl will weigh and we were so close 😅

Broths were flavorful, space was open and not crowded, and the staff was so nice they kept walking around to check in on their customers!
