Hello foodie friends!

Allow me to reintroduce myself! My name is Genyra (Pronounced JEN-AIR-UH) but you can call me Gen 😄 Born & raised in Seattle📍
Married to my longtime partner of 17 years🫶🏽 she’s fully responsible for feeding me all these good eats and helps me with my content!

I loveeee to eat (who doesn’t?!) so I decided to create this eats page 8 years ago for funzies to document all the good food, drinks & desserts I’m able to try! I’ve lacked a bit on content and definitely missed out on posting some so here I am trying to catch up! I hope you all enjoy the content and keep your tummy’s full just as much as I do🫶🏽 by @eatswith_gg

Happy fridayyy foodie friends🫶🏽

Growing up I loved choco taco and sadly I wish I had one right about now! I’ve been meaning to give @good.vibes.espresso a try since they’ve opened up a location near me but haven’t had the time. I’ve seen that they created a choco taco drink and just had to try it! Thankfully Kris went to the gym this morning and made a stop otw way home to grab me one 🥹🫶🏽

Sooo yummy I’ll definitely be back to try more! #fyp #foodie #foodiegram #instafoodie #coffee by @eatswith_gg

Had my first chirashi bowl this past weekend at @uraraseattle and it did not disappoint! It was the chefs selection — it included 3 cuts of sashimi, mackerel, squid, scallop, shrimp, tamagoyaki topped with Ikura over a bed of rice and a seaweed cucumber salad. Everything was cut to perfection, fresh and buttery! It also came with a side of miso soup which was a plus for me bc I love miso soup! Kris loves seared salmon so she ordered the Seattle roll that had crab meat, cucumber, avocado topped with seared salmon, spicy mayo and unagi sauce — yum yum yum!!

It’s crazy to think back as I used to work at @pikeplacepublicmarket during my teen years and am only now discovering these hidden gems! But better late than never right ?! #fyp #sushi #pikeplacemarket #foodie #foodiegram by @eatswith_gg

If you’re looking for a build your own hotpot bowl check out @brothandbowls.kent — there’s a variety of noodles, vegetables, seafood & meats you can choose from. They have broth samples upon check out so that you can pick one that you like — I think this concept is very helpful as sometimes I’ve chosen a broth I didn’t end up liking.

Anytime Kris and I eat hotpot by the lb we always play a guessing game of what we think our bowl will weigh and we were so close 😅

Broths were flavorful, space was open and not crowded, and the staff was so nice they kept walking around to check in on their customers!

My only complaint was that they didn’t have any spinach which was why my bowl lacked a bit of color 🤭 [Hosted] #foodie #hotpot #foodblogger #kent #contentcreator by @eatswith_gg

Let me start off by saying I’m a very picky eater so if I tell you something is good then you better believe me!! My facial expressions also never lies!

My typical breakfast/brunch item is usually some kind of Benedict. I’ve had way too many lemony hollandaise sauces once too many times 😅 so I’m very well aware of a good hollandaise sauce and that’s exactly what I got here @wildwheatbakerycafe ! They also served the perfect amount of salmon and dungeness crab 😮‍💨 If you want to support a local business that’s been around for quite some time definitely check them out!

Thank you PD for inviting me🫶🏽

Her cream tops are just… chefs kiss 🤭🔥

I was so excited to grab some drinks from @melomatcha.co 🫶🏽 when I tell you it’s worth it — you betta go get you one!!

Not very many places here serve macadamia nut so I was excited to see it on her menu! I love banana matcha anything sooo I knew I wouldn’t be disappointed with that one 🤤 Lexi was sweet enough to let me try her mango sticky rice matcha and yallll that ended up being my favorite one! The mango puree had the perfect amount of flavor and sweetness — the matcha was not overpowering, so you could really taste the mango in every sip! Some of her flavors are seasonal so grab one while you can!!
