4 weeks out from Hyrox Dallas!! Ngl balancing my fitness goals and a social life has been very difficult for me the last few years but lately I feel like I’m doing a pretty good job! Even if I’m tired (sleep score is up tho 🤭)
Felt horrible in my training last week
Feeling amazing in my training today
Might feel horrible again tomorrow
But I’ll always have sore cheeks because I be smilin 🫶
