“I know someone needs this reminder as the “January resolutions” start creeping in:

It doesn’t matter when you start. It matters that you start.

Your journey is going to be wild, uncomfortable, messy, and so unbelievably fulfilling.

I didn’t change my life by waiting for the perfect moment or by overhauling everything at once. I tried that - low calorie, low protein, low carb… just surviving.

What actually worked was tiny fixes.

One habit at a time.
One small decision at a time.

One “today I’ll do this” instead of “I’ll start tomorrow.”

That’s how I lost 50 lbs… and kept it off.

You can literally switch one tiny habit today and that means you’ve already started.

No date on the calendar needed.

Start now. Start small. Just start.” - 1st Phorm Transphormer @audrianafedrigon
