to be fair the boys did all the cooking and all I did was eat and wash dishes 🧼🤰🏻

when I tasted the marinade the day before I was kinda worried because it was actually super sour :/ but it turned out so good….none of us have ever tasted birria before….SO LOWKEY we can’t really judge flavor accuracy BUT IT WAS BUSS is all I know 🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮🌮 and we ate 3 lbs of it ….. in one sitting 😀

they also made horchata on the side 🍚🥛and I added a little cardamom 🫛 ugh it was PERFECTION

this used to be our climbing crew and it’s single handedly convinced me that all climbers love cooking
