The Most Convincing Way to Stay Stuck Is to Call It Growth.
There’s a particular kind of mindfuck that happens when you’ve done years of inner work.
You start to recognize yourself in real time.
You catch the thought before it becomes a spiral. You notice the tension in your body. You can practically narrate your own nervous system like a fucking documentary.
And yet, there’s this quiet little question underneath it all...
Is my life actually changing, or am I just getting better at understanding why it hasn’t?
Oooof.
Here’s something I’ve become fascinated by in my work.
The distance between what someone knows about themselves and what they’re actually available to experience.
Because you can have a profound spiritual awakening on a Tuesday and still be negotiating with the same old fears on Wednesday.
And I find that incredibly fucking human.
I’m not interested in making people wrong for that.
I’m interested in what lives underneath it.
The subtle ways we protect identities we’ve already outgrown. The desires we haven’t even admitted to ourselves. The places where something inside us is ready for more, but our familiar responses keep choosing otherwise.
That’s where I love to play.
Not at the surface of what you think you need to work on.
Deeper.
Into the places where you might surprise the absolute fuck out of yourself.
And sometimes, all it takes is one question you haven’t been willing to ask.
✨ I’m opening the invitation to explore private 1:1 work with me.
