Every semester of the MCC ends the same way
We put down the curriculum and just... talk.
Our 2026 cohort gathered for their Semester 2 Q&A this month, a dedicated space to bring every question, every curiosity and every “wait, I need to come back to that” moment that had been building across the coaching semester.
And as always, the questions blew us away.
This is genuinely one of our favourite sessions of each semester, the Q&A. I love what the questions reveal. How deeply this cohort has been sitting with the material. How seriously they’re thinking about their future clients. How committed they are to doing this work well and doing it right.
There’s something really special about a room full of coaches who care that much.
