In 2006, Patrick Stewart was in Ann Arbor as part of a University of Michigan residency with the Royal Shakespeare Company. The actor, famous for playing Capt. Jean-Luc Picard on “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” conducted the Michigan Marching Band’s rendition of the “Star Trek” theme during halftime of the Wolverine’s 34-26 win against Ball State. He ordered the team to "Boldly go and beat the Buckeyes." Unfortunately they did not make it so. Read more and see the full video through our link in bio. A little kindness can change the way someone remembers their entire childhood. That boy came into the bakery with $4.15 and a simple wish: to make his little sister feel remembered on her birthday. The baker gave him something money couldn't measure. The feeling that someone cared. Never underestimate what a small act of kindness can mean to someone who is struggling. You may forget the moment, but they may carry it with them for the rest of their life. Be the reason someone believes in kindness again. #KindnessMatters #RandomActsOfKindness #HeartwarmingStories #Compassion #LifeLessons
