I appreciate those in the scene who have offered support to help give me the courage to speak up. Ur words mean the world to me and if you have felt similar in any way, I am here for you and I see you. <3
#FalconFriday 🖤🦅 I’m currently ‘down under’ after joining up with the Kings of Chaos for some classic rock n roll piracy on the open sea this weekend ☠️🇦🇺 Here’s a throwback to 2017 when KOC Band leader Matt took a shine to my Black Falcon but you’ll be glad to know it was only a (very) short loan and I didn’t end up on drums 😂 #BillyDuffy #Gretsch #BlackFalcon #KingsOfChaos KingsOfChaos 📸 @mickpeek
HU Staff: Kecia Gayle @kecia.kae Lisa Raye has never been the type to whisper her opinions, and she’s not about to start now. The Players Club icon is back in the headlines after a convo with Carlos King, where she made it clear she has zero beef with Yung Miami, even while standing on her honest take about “Spend Dat.” ___________________________________________________ As we previously reported, Yung Miami chopped it up with radio host Lore’l and said her video for the song was actually a nod to The Players Club. While she didn’t give much energy to the topic, it was clear it bothered her hearing Lisa saying she didn’t like record after dancing to it. ___________________________________________________ Lisa clearly caught wind of that interview and gave her reaction. She began by telling Carlos that never even clocked the homage. “I wanna say this too, though, to Yung Miami,” she told King. “I did not have no idea that you paid homage to Players Club, that you had a video to pay homage to us. I didn’t know, and I didn’t see it at all. For that, I thank you. But don’t let them tear us apart and make you think that I am doing a personal attack against you. It is not. Your music is what you want it to be. It’s for your fan base. And if I helped it rise to the top for you, it is no hard feelings, baby. I like you. Do your thing. Do your thing.” ___________________________________________________ Click the link in bio for full story 📸 Getty Images / @thecarlosking_
Mexican Americans born in the United States may now be eligible to obtain an official Mexican birth certificate and their CURP free of charge through Chihuahua’s “Soy México 2026” program. The initiative, introduced by the Chihuahua state government, is accepting applications until November 30 and aims to make it easier for people born in the US to at least one Mexican parent to formally register their Mexican nationality without surrendering their American citizenship. The program removes several financial and administrative barriers, including registration fees, certified translations and apostille requirements, potentially saving applicants approximately 1,035 Mexican pesos. Eligible individuals must provide their American birth certificate, proof of their Mexican parent’s birth registration, official photo identification and a declaration confirming they have not previously been registered in Mexico. Applications can be submitted at participating Civil Registry offices across Chihuahua, including Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua City, Delicias and Cuauhtémoc. By simplifying the registration process, the initiative could help thousands of Mexican American families secure important documents needed for education, healthcare, employment and access to other services in Mexico. 🇲🇽🇺🇸❤
