🚨 Last call for sushi in 2026 🚨

After the weekend of 14th and 15th November, I won’t be running any more sushi classes this year. My next ones won’t come round until late January 2027.

If “learn to make sushi” has been sitting on your someday list, this is your sign.

In three hours, I’ll teach you to make maki, nigiri and hand rolls plus two sushi inspired salads from scratch. We’ll get the rice just right, choose your fillings, and master the rolling technique together, and I’ll be right there with you every step of the way. Never made sushi before? Perfect. Neither had most of the lovely people who come along.

Then we all sit down together with a glass of wine and enjoy what you’ve made. There’s usually so much that you’ll take a tub home for tomorrow’s lunch too. One guest told me the three hours felt like 30 minutes, which made my day! 🍣

📅 Sunday 15th November, 11am to 2pm

Places are limited, and once these two classes are full, that’s sushi done for 2026. Don’t spend the winter wishing you’d booked!
