Masorti Olami

On the first day of @noam_olami’s International Conference, held last week in Israel, the interactive session “Meet the Masorti Movement” brought young leaders into conversation with representatives of four organizations working across the global Masorti/Conservative movement.

Moving between four stations, participants met @tpot729, Masorti Olami Interim CEO; Rabbi Doron Rubin, CEO of the @masorti_movement; @tamgott, @maromolami Director; and Nilli Glick Asaf, MERCAZ Olami Secretary General. After hearing about each organization’s work, and how it relates to NOAM leaders around the world, participants came together for a joint Q&A with all four representatives.

Opportunities like this help young leaders understand how the organizations’ work connects and explore possibilities for collaboration. They also strengthen leadership development by broadening participants’ perspectives beyond their own communities and building relationships that can support their future roles within NOAM and the wider movement.

The conference brought together 36 NOAM leaders from nine countries under the theme “From the Inside Out: A NOAM Olami Journey.” More from their time together coming soon!
