Mobile Metabolics

We recently had the opportunity to introduce metabolic testing to the Balance Life community in Chestnut Hill, and now we’re coming back to put that knowledge into practice.

Mobile Metabolics will be hosting an AMR testing pop-up at Balance Life, giving members the opportunity to better understand how their bodies respond to exercise.

Through individualized testing, we’ll identify:
• Personal heart rate training zones
• Fat and carbohydrate utilization during exercise
• VO₂ peak and cardiovascular fitness
• Data to help guide more intentional training
