✨ JOIN US AT BALANCE | NOVEMBER 24 | 6–7:30 PM ✨

We are incredibly excited and grateful to welcome Pat Croce to Balance for a special book signing featuring his new book, Enjoy Your Self Now! 📚

In a world that constantly pulls us in a million directions, reminds us to do more, be more, and plan for what’s next, how often do we actually stop and enjoy the moment we’re living in?

In Enjoy Your Self Now!, Pat shares 66 practical “sacred shifts” designed to help us quiet the noise, shift our perspective, and reconnect with the peace, joy, and clarity that can be found right here, right now. It’s an invitation to slow down, let go of what no longer serves us, and embrace the present.

✨ A reminder we could all use:
“The present moment is the only place where life is actually happening. Don’t miss it while waiting for what’s next.”

Pat Croce is an entrepreneur, adventurer, bestselling author, and former president of the Philadelphia 76ers whose journey has taken him from the world of professional sports to a deeper exploration of mindfulness, spirituality, and what it truly means to live well.

At Balance, we believe wellness is about so much more than physical fitness. It’s about connection, growth, and creating space to care for ourselves in every way. This is exactly why we are so grateful to host Pat and share this opportunity with our community. ❤️

We are incredibly excited to announce our partnership with Balance Life gym in Chestnut Hill!

@balancech12 members will now be able to experience advanced blood testing, DEXA scans, VO2 max testing, and resting metabolic rate testing through Velocity Health Clinic.

Balance Life’s approach to health directly aligns with ours. We both believe in personalized wellness plans, because what “healthy” looks like for one person might be completely different for someone else.

We don’t stop when our members feel simply “good enough.” We want to help you feel, look, and perform the best you’ve ever felt, now and for decades to come.

What a TEAM! Always so proud when Balance Life shows up strong outside of 12 W Willow!

The goal at Balance is simple: to coach people to take up space.

To take up space in the gym.
To take up space in a room.
To take up space in a conversation.
To take up space in their own lives.

Fitness is about more than building muscle. It’s about building confidence, connection, courage, and the belief that you belong exactly where you are.

Take up space. Build strength. Find your people. by @balancech12

We recently had the opportunity to introduce metabolic testing to the Balance Life community in Chestnut Hill, and now we’re coming back to put that knowledge into practice.

Mobile Metabolics will be hosting an AMR testing pop-up at Balance Life, giving members the opportunity to better understand how their bodies respond to exercise.

Through individualized testing, we’ll identify:
• Personal heart rate training zones
• Fat and carbohydrate utilization during exercise
• VO₂ peak and cardiovascular fitness
• Data to help guide more intentional training
