Another incredible experience at Northwestern Mutual’s Aspiring Managing Partner (AMP) program!

A few days filled with meaningful conversations, fresh perspectives, and the opportunity to learn alongside an inspiring group of leaders.

A special thank you to the keynote speakers for sharing their insights on leadership, culture, and our responsibility to develop those around us.

One message that especially resonated with me: Leadership is about making the people around you better.

And the experience extended well beyond the sessions!

✨ A wonderful stay at Kinn Guesthouse.

✨ An exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of Northwestern Mutual’s new North Tower, scheduled to open in January 2027. Our group was among the very first to see it!

✨ And a little fun, too! A Weezer concert from the Northwestern Mutual suite at Fiserv Forum, with Tim Gerend, John Roberts, Matt Plocher, and other home office leaders.

What made these experiences especially meaningful was the opportunity to connect with people who care deeply about the future of our organization and the people we serve.

I’m feeling energized, challenged, and incredibly grateful for the relationships, conversations, and opportunities this program continues to provide.

The opportunity to keep learning while helping others grow is one of the greatest privileges of leadership.
