Comment “WEB” for FREE live training for women 40+: learn how to lose fat as your hormones change.

This is your sign to pick up the weights 👇

The difference between these two futures is about 2-3 hours a week. That’s it.

Two hours of strength training is the gap between needing a walking stick at 70 and carrying your own suitcase through the airport at 80.

After 30 your body is losing muscle every single year.

Your posture rounds.
Your bones weaken.
Your balance deteriorates.
Your metabolism slows.

Everything gets heavier, harder, more tiring.

None of that is inevitable. All of it is preventable.

But only if you start building before the decline gets ahead of you.

A set of dumbbells. 2-3 sessions a week. 30-45 minutes.

You can do it at home in your living room.

Day ONE of Coach vs. Coach with @mrs2weeksout, and the negotiations already started! The questions, the modifications, the arguments between sets… we’re going to have a time 🤣

I told her Give me 2weeks(🤣) & let me show her what I can do & it’s already a task 🤦🏽‍♂️

Beyond the laughs, this is what growth looks like. Being willing to take direction, work on the details, and let somebody challenge you, even when YOU usually lead.

You can be experienced and still be a student. That’s how you keep getting better.🫆 🧠

Shorter days and colder nights can drag down your mood, but science points to one cozy way to fight back 🔥

When daylight drops and your internal clock gets thrown off, energy and mood often take a hit while stress creeps up. Research suggests physical intimacy may help soften that seasonal slump. S*x triggers the release of endorphins, oxytocin and dopamine, the brain chemicals linked to feeling good, easing stress and bonding with a partner, which can give you a short-term boost right when winter has you running on empty.

The perks may go beyond mood. Intimacy has been tied to better sleep and a temporary bump in immune support, two things that usually slip during the darker months. Getting outside in daylight, staying active and taking care of your mental health still matter most, but a little extra closeness can help keep you balanced until spring ❄️
