Good morning and happy Tuesday! Change is inevitable. Bottom line things change. This is the nature of life… being resistant to change is a loosing game. I am not saying that you need to be an early adopter, but everything changes eventually. One of my favorite movie quotes is “I will bend like a reed in the wind…” being flexible and resilient is the key to managing change. Think about it, how much has changed in the last five years? Now how much change do you expect to see in the next five years? A lot right? Change is expected. And it is not all bad. 20 years ago I could not log into Amazon and order new tools and have them the next morning. I get Amazon deliveries before the sun comes up. So some change is good… we just have to manage the change as best as possible…

The tool of the day is the data shark wire stripper. I have used this for a long time and it is probably my favorite data wire stripper. The thoughtful design is just unmatched. It is effortless to use and very convenient.
