My journey as a private and performance chef has come with long days, lots of trial and error, stepping outside my comfort zone, and opportunities I never imagined would come my way.

I’m especially grateful for the chefs who took a chance on me, answered my million questions, shared their knowledge, and showed me that being a great chef goes far beyond what’s on the plate.

There have been days when I questioned what I was doing and others that reminded me exactly why I love it. Looking back I’m proud of how much I’ve grown. Not just as a chef..but as a person. And I know so much of that comes from the people I’ve been lucky enough to learn from and work alongside.
