A: Qatar Qsuite. Business class, but you get a suite with a door, a lie-flat bed, and middle seats that open up into a double or a group "quad".
B: Emirates A380 First. A private suite with doors, a shower spa on board, and the A380 lounge bar a short walk away.
You'd book Qsuite with Avios (Citi to Qatar has a bonus of up to 35% until Oct 31) and Emirates with Skywards miles. Both are only on some routes and planes, so check before you book.
