Thank you to my incredible friends @sunny_tripathy & @soniasandha for hosting for such a gorgeous Diwali dinner and including me in a night I’ll never forget.

Diwali is about light overcoming darkness, and this year I really felt that in the most beautiful way. It was my first time celebrating this beautiful holiday single but it never once felt like something was missing. I was surrounded by so much love from my friends, and my heart was completely full (and so was was tummy with all the delicious food)

Wishing everyone love & light 🪔💕✨

Gen Z Diwali 🪔 vs the Diwali we actually grew up with 😭

A lot of people have been asking why I cut my hair.

I reached a point of hair depression where I was no longer happy with my hair. Years of braids, tension and damage had taken a toll on my scalp and I was struggling with the damage. What many people didn't see was how much I was silently dealing with. I suffered in silence, trying to find ways to restore my hair and scalp but eventually I realised I needed to let go.

So, I cut it.

And honestly, I am not regretting it one bit. ❤️

Sometimes, starting over is the kindest thing you can do for yourself. This wasn't just about cutting my hair; it was about choosing my health, prioritising myself and giving myself the chance to grow again.

Here's to healthier hair, a healthier scalp and a new chapter. I'm learning to embrace every stage of the journey.

Sometimes, you have to lose the length to regain the health. ✨
