HEY RENTERS!! Enjoy higher rent IF you vote no. We have a raising rent plan for 183 properties if people vote no. We run a property management group. Other management groups across the state are discussing plans to do the same. Many of our rental properties will go up at least 18%. Property tax increases are just too much and that cost needs to be passed on to renters. Voting YES protects homeowners and renters. Cities and services will be fine. Police have way too large of budgets based on national averages for population served. There is also a lot of waste. This amendment forces much needed efficiency in government. It will not be the end of the world. These people in videos are just nervous and parroting what their bosses tell them to say. No one likes to budget. They will be ok. VOTE YES for your family.

Nonsense. Voting yes on amendment 3 Law enforcement in Florida rank 7th in the entire nation for highest budgets per population. They can afford cuts. Sheriffs have gotten massive raises from $170,000 to $250,000! So did your household get those kind of raises? Did city ever feel bad every year that they raised your property taxes? Screw them. If you don’t get Amendment 3 passed with yes vote then you will see massive property tax increases. Enjoy being slaves to the government and never truly owning your home.

It is state level unitary executive theory in practice. They want to concentrate all authority not just in Tallahassee, but specifically in the governors office.
