I’m so thankful that chaplains have Religious Affairs Specialists by our side.
I can’t speak for any other chaplain, but I would certainly be lost without the team around me.
It’s so much more than taking care of a chaplain when I leave my Bible and iPad behind after chapel and a busy weekend. It’s about being able to share the load of taking care of our soldiers and taking care of each other. Ministry is a lifestyle, and life can be heavy. We need each other. We are made for community, not to do it alone.
