I am looking for genuine information about Madverse, an Indian music distribution company. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating. They suspended my account and demanded proof of ownership for songs that had already been distributed on their platform for almost a year. I resolved the initial copyright claim and submitted all the requested evidence. However, instead of restoring my account, they started demanding proof for two additional songs, even though those songs had no copyright claims against them. I clearly explained that I created those songs using Suno AI and provided proof of my paid Suno subscription to demonstrate that they were not created using the free version. Still, they refused to accept my evidence as valid. I then requested them to either: Unsuspend my account so I could remove all my releases myself. Take down all my songs from their platform if they no longer wanted to distribute my music. But they are doing neither. They are refusing to restore my account and also refusing to remove all my releases. My question is: Is Madverse a legitimate music distribution company, or am I dealing with an unprofessional operation? If anyone has faced a similar situation or has genuine information about this company, share your experience. Madverse, prove that your company is legitimate and not a scam operation. DM me all valid official documents proving your company's legal registration, business identity, and legitimacy. I don't want verbal assurances or empty statements. I want official, verifiable documents that establish your company's legal existence and prove that you are operating as a genuine music distribution business. If you claim to be a legitimate company, provide the documents to prove it. I want transparency, accountability, and a proper response to this situation.

Are you guys even reading your own responses, or are you just sending random replies without understanding the issue? In Ticket #98468, you explicitly instructed me to submit a new OAC request because my previous request had been rejected, so that you could escalate it to YouTube on my behalf. I followed your instructions and raised a new ticket, #98983, only to be told that it was a duplicate because my previous request was still in process. What exactly do you expect me to do? You tell me to raise a new ticket, and when I follow your instructions, you reject it for being a duplicate. This is absolutely ridiculous and shows a complete lack of coordination within your support team. Honestly, your responses are so contradictory that I have to ask: What kind of drug are you guys taking? Please let me know, because I might need some of it to understand this level of confusion! I’ve already waited long enough for my Official Artist Channel request, and I will not keep going around in circles because your team cannot provide consistent instructions. Stop sending contradictory replies, review both tickets properly, and tell me clearly what the next step is. If my previous request is still in process, explain why I was instructed to submit a new one. If it was rejected, then process the new request and escalate it to YouTube as promised. I expect a clear explanation, proper action, and a concrete resolution—not another copy-paste response. @madverse.music
