1.Design (Theme, colors, references, etc)
2.Size (W x H cm or inch)
3.Placement (inside of upper arm, front of thigh, etc. You can add photos also.)
4.Dates and Time (every dates that you are available)
5.Cover up or not (If you want to cover your scar, tattoo, mole, please add photos)
