I’m an insurance agent, and this probably won’t make me popular in my own industry.

Lineman, your income has put a bullseye on your back.

And quite frankly, I’m tired of seeing it.

Every other ad is someone selling linemen cash value life insurance with a pitch about retiring in five years. Some guy even showing up at the showup to sell the dream.

Listen, I believe in life insurance. I believe cash value policies have a place in financial planning. But NOT every lineman making $200K–$400K needs one.

And buying a policy today doesn’t mean you’re hanging up your hooks in five years.

Making $300K and actually building wealth are two very different things.

What are you keeping? What are you spending? What have you already built? What benefits do you already have?

Those questions should come BEFORE anyone starts pitching you a product.

I’m a linewife. I’m an insurance agent with a full-service financial firm. I make money in this industry too, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise.

But I don’t believe we have to sell people a retirement fantasy to earn their business.

If someone has a solution for you before they even understand your finances, that should tell you something.
