Homemade Sourdough Meets Tuna Melt! 🍞🐟

Thanks to Dovey for the freshly homemade sourdough bread! I turned it into a delicious tuna melt. The bread was moist, the crust was crispy, and the flavor was wonderful!
I've made tuna melts with French bread before, and they were delicious too. Use your favorite bread and make it your own!

I brought the best version of myself to the stage. The best conditioning, the most muscle mass, and the biggest I’ve ever been, stepping on stage at 96 kg.

Was it a great weekend? It was okay. A TOP 3 is nice, but I wouldn’t call it a huge achievement. Maybe if I had won, I would feel differently.

But there’s one reason why this TOP 3 means something special to me.

After breaking my leg and going through thrombosis, I genuinely thought my bodybuilding career was over. I didn’t believe I would ever be able to compete at this level again.

And here I am.

That’s what makes me grateful. Not the placing itself, but the fact that I managed to come back and stand on a professional stage again.

Above everything, I thank God for keeping me healthy and giving me the strength to make this comeback. Without Him, none of this would have been possible. 🙏

We keep moving forward. Let’s see what the future holds.
