That Pork Chop!!😋 Unforgettable!!

Tuesday’s True — I Tried Something New!

Thanks to Stephanie for inviting me to @steak48! I ordered the pork chop, Stephanie had salmon, and Jessica had the ribeye.

My pork chop was tender, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! I shared a taste with the ladies, and they loved it so much that they said next time, they're ordering the pork chop too! 😋

The service was impeccable, the company was wonderful, and I'll definitely be back!

🩹 WHO PUT A BAND-AID IN MY FOOD?! 😳

Accidents happen, even in the kitchen, but food safety should never be compromised!

Whether you're cut by a knife, a can, or something else, take precautions. Properly cover your wound. I use @newskinproducts and secure it with a glove to help prevent bacteria and cross-contamination.
No one wants a bandaid in their food!!🤯🩹😁

❤️ On the Menu: Love, Kindness & Compassion

On this Tuesday’s True, in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I surprised these special ladies in my family whom I love dearly and who are breast cancer survivors.

Dinner was prepared to celebrate them and show how much they mean to me.

They loved the food, but the atmosphere, laughter, conversation, and simply spending quality time together were priceless.

Seeing them smile and knowing how much this gesture meant to them made it even more special to me. ❤️

Homemade Sourdough Meets Tuna Melt! 🍞🐟

Thanks to Dovey for the freshly homemade sourdough bread! I turned it into a delicious tuna melt. The bread was moist, the crust was crispy, and the flavor was wonderful!
I've made tuna melts with French bread before, and they were delicious too. Use your favorite bread and make it your own!

Don't like Onions? Me either, BUT!!!😁

Red onions and shallots are my favorites! I find them milder than traditional white and yellow onions.

The secret? Sauté them until they're soft and translucent. Their sharp flavor mellows, but they still add delicious flavor to your food!

They enhance the flavor of the food so that's why I use them! 😁But I DON'T eat them raw!!🤯

The broccoli was bigger than the chicken breast. 👀😁

Tuesday’s True — we all tried something new!😉

Six different plates, and everybody enjoyed their food except Angela, who was disappointed because her chicken breast was smaller than expected — so small she said the broccoli was bigger than the chicken. 😂

But overall, lunch was a hit. We started with a little dessert, enjoyed our meals, and then finished with more DD’s treats that can’t be beat.
