Definitely didn’t take 5 like Pac, but I’m pretty ☠️ f**k’d. After thinking 🤔 I’m Mr. Goggins running 11 miles at Percy. Then running a race my knee blew up crossing the line, sending me to the emergency room. To find out I had a torn meniscus, leaving me to an optimistic first ever surgery. Thanks 🙏🏾 an outstanding surgeon who understands athletes insanity, he told me I’ll be back to my LOVE. So GOD willing I’ll be back stronger than before 🤟🏾🙏🏾
