Last nights Finale Run with my BGR Nashville Sole Sistas *Halloween Edition* 🎃👻🏃🏾‍♀️We had so much fun dressing in our costumes and hitting the pavement together for lots of laughter and some good miles! Shoutout to our phenomenal run coordinator @darealsharron for having the finale festivities trunk or treat afterwards. She really is the best! I absolutely LOVE my run sisters and the fellowship we have. Its more than just running its the connection 🩷🖤

@werunnash Run Nash Half Marathon and 5K was so much fun today!!! Arrived early to volunteer at packet pickup/registration then hit the pavement to run the 5K!! First run in over a month due to a foot injury and man did it feel good being out there today!! The weather was perfect, course was great, and crowd support was also amazing. Got to see one of my IG stars @landonromano and so many run friends I had not seen in a while 🤩 crossed the finish line then headed back to cheer on my other sisters still running the 5K and the half marathon🎉🎉 After everyone crossed the finish line we headed over to @shuggahi (Shugga Hi Café) for some good breakfast with amazing hospitality to celebrate today and end our official run season! At breakfast we gave our AMAZING run coordinator @darealsharron her flowers for being the best RC and showing up each week to lead our runs AND gracing us with some of her post run fresh juices💐
Today has been a great day! BGR Nashville showed up and showed out today🩷🖤 love my sole sisters! @officialblackgirlsrun

Congrats to every runner that showed up today, gave it their all, and left it all on the pavement😁

In honor of breast cancer awareness month, we dedicated our miles last night to the special people in our lives that have had to fight the fight🩷 we each wore little pink ribbons to honor those we love🎀

After our run we were blessed with refreshing juice from our amazing run coordinator 😊
