This rain season brought grief, deepened connection and Nu beginnings for our land🌊🌋🏝️
Grief is an emotion that many people struggle with… if you’re one of them, it’s important to ramember that we are here to feel. That is our humanity… Painful emotions are beautiful, and allow us to value the pleasant ones. Feel what you feel. Give yOURself permission. The key is to find the balance… don’t wallow in it and don’t escape. It’s important not to overly identify with yOUR emotions. Emotions are simply cues to direct us forward… don’t live in them.
