There is a truth inside of you longing for a sacred space to be expressed. A truth that holds your power, your life force, your creative genius, and your ability to birth the life of your dreams. 🔥

Beneath the societal conditioning, ancestral wounds, and familial patterns that may live within your body, there is a wellspring of power waiting to be reclaimed. Your healing is an invitation to alchemize those experiences into purpose, wisdom, and the light that will guide your becoming.

✨ This is the medicine of Sexual Alkhemy.
A 7-day immersive retreat in Santiago, Cabo Verde, where we invite you into a profound journey of remembering, reclaiming, and embodying the fullness of who you are.

Together, we will create sacred space to unshackle the parts of you that have been silenced, meet the shadows of your personal and ancestral past, and work with the mind, body, heart, and spirit to transform what you carry into a source of creative power.

This is an invitation to go to the root. To experience your healing beyond the intellectual. To feel the depth of who you are, honor the wisdom of what you have survived, and reclaim the life force that fuels your purpose, your dreams, and your place in the revolution.
Because your liberation is personal, ancestral, and collective. And the world needs what becomes possible when you are fully connected to your power. 🌍❤️‍🔥

🌱 Transplanting: Giving plants a head start

It simply means moving a young plant from an area, seed tray or small pot into its permanent home in the dirt.

Why do growers do it?

🌿Early start: usually it’s done to get plants growing indoors before the weather warms up. For us we prepare for the rain season and conserve water by growing the plants in the nursery so by the time the rains come, they’ve all-ready significantly developed 😉

🛡️Protection: Shields fragile babies from bugs, weeds, and harsh weather. It’s easier to care for and protect the seedlings when they’re all in a small area in one shared space.

🥒Room to grow: Gives roots the space and fresh soil they need to thrive. Once you transplant into the ground the plant can be nourished intentionally

🥬Guaranteed rasults: You pick only the strongest plants for yOUR garden. If some of the seeds weren’t viable, or some of the plants get sick and don’t grow well, you get to narrow to the best seedlings to continue with. Work smart, grow strong☀️

This rain season brought grief, deepened connection and Nu beginnings for our land🌊🌋🏝️

Grief is an emotion that many people struggle with… if you’re one of them, it’s important to ramember that we are here to feel. That is our humanity… Painful emotions are beautiful, and allow us to value the pleasant ones. Feel what you feel. Give yOURself permission. The key is to find the balance… don’t wallow in it and don’t escape. It’s important not to overly identify with yOUR emotions. Emotions are simply cues to direct us forward… don’t live in them. Feel them and learn through them💛 #CaboVerde #CapeVerde #FogoCaboVerde by @austneferka

There are a lot of styles of spiritual energy work. ✨A grid worker is a “light worker”, which although is a modern term, has ancient roots. ☀️As an ancient Kemetic wisdom carrier, it’s clear that those depicted carrying the Ankh on temple walls are light workers. The Ankh is an electromagnetic tool 𓋹 This is a legacy of life preservation that rose out of the cradle of humanity, Afraka.🌍

As a grid worker, eye personally work with the planet’s energetic or crystalline grid by transmuting and alchemizing energy. Eye am guided INtuitively to grid points that hold historical trauma, dense collective emotional imprints, or stagnant environmental energy.💎

Eye do this just by existing, it’s not something eye can quantify and it doesn’t need to be qualified. Eye earn my living through various modalities and practices, and my energy work expands beyond the grid as a seer, unifier and multi-dimensional healing artist.🐝

If you feel called through my voice, eye am here to serve in guiding you into yOURself to support our collective healing process✨ Message me to see how eye can be of service to you in yOUR jOURney.🧭 by @austneferka

From my own backyard⛰️🌞🌋 listennn… it’s time to THNK! We have to take back control of our minds. These devices have highjacked our ability to properly wield our mental power. We have to ACTively do something about it.

We began THNK over 10 years ago… THNK is a multi-layered educational platform. THNK is a book club, study group and thnk tank focusing on revolutionary activism. Topics revolve around grounding our organized approach to restoring order to the planet via healing, creative, and educational institution building. 🧱

THNK is to explore intelligent responses and alternatives to the current global imperialist system and its life-blood: colonial capitalism, which is imposed on the masses of people in occupied territories around the world. ⛓️‍💥

Our approach includes, but is not limited to, cultural, economic and political analysis – with the intention of implementing effective and efficient solutions. ❤️🖤💚

We’ve been reading Assata Shakur’s autobiography, and will complete those study sessions in October. 📖 Join the discussion LIVE on YouTube Oct. 7th and 21st. 📚Join commUNITY @tehutimaat and visit the link in bio to sign up for #THNKbookclub #THNKassata #AssataShakur #Assata by @austneferka
