My best gal completed another trip around the sun today.

This one was full of more depth and growth than we ever expected. Some hard, some welcomed, some that ready or not, bulldozed its way in.

And through it all, Nans, you experienced it. You didn’t coast through. You didn’t numb out. You dug in and you were THERE.

To me, that is true strength. The kind that most don’t see or have the courage to push through. The kind that shapes you as a human and you’re forever changed. The kind that shakes priorities and gifts you massive clarity on what matters.

You wrapped your arms around discomfort and looked growth dead in the eyes and said lfg. The woman that walked out of that fire is fierce yet compassionate. Loving yet firm in her boots. Curious and full of depth.

This chapter of life is topping all the charts. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as your best mate. And I must say, watching you love on my tiny human so hard is the most golden thing in life.
