POSTS STORIES REELS

What started as “lateral pain” in my left breast is now resulting in a double mastectomy.

I thank God every day for my OB that nudged me to be my own advocate and DO NOT STOP until the answer feels right.

I was told “you have dense breast tissue” and “you’re fine, come back in 6 months” several times but I knew in my heart that wasn’t right. So I used my voice and pushed back.

Two mammograms, two ultrasounds, two biopsies, and an MRI later…here we are with three red flags. Imagine if I would’ve “come back later.”

I share this with you to remind you that no one knows your body like you do. And you have the right and obligation to yourself to keep pushing until the answer feels right.

I will be sharing my story and journey with the timeline of how everything has unfolded.

Instead of sitting here in fear, I have an immense amount of gratitude for the tender mercies that have come throughout this last year. For the strength of my body and mind to go into this with my gloves on. For the confidence I have in my care team going into this. For the unwavering support from my humans. For the chance I get to live.

Listen to yourselves & to God, my friends. Don’t take the nudges you get in your hearts lightly. They come with purpose and love. Check your boobies. And don’t forget, I love you. 💛🫶🏼 by @tiffanie.janowitz

Sit in that dark, uncomfortable space.

The one that makes you question everything.

The one where your knee jerk reaction is the kind that makes you want to run.

The moment that’s hard and likely lonely.

Sit there. Stay there.

And then challenge yourself to change the narrative to “what am I supposed to learn from this?”

It’s those moments that shape your life, build your self trust, and build your identity that’s in true alignment with yourself.

It takes one time to feel that power from within.

Chase after your greatness, my friends. You deserve that and so much more. 💛 by @tiffanie.janowitz

Officially announcing The Frannie Collective!

Where women will have the space to go deeper, a little more wild, and live a whole lot more intentionally.

Built over several months of clarity, this collective is a place to remember who they are, discover who they’re becoming, and build a life that actually feels like theirs.

Where we challenge the stories that keep us small, where we have the conversations that matter, where we move our bodies and take up space, laugh a lot, get uncomfortable, dream bigger, & cheer like hell for one another.

This project has been under wraps while being built and today, on my mom’s birthday, we got to surprise Frannie with her legacy.

While she embodies everything this Collective envisions, this isn’t about you become someone else. The Frannie Collective is for the woman who knows there is more in her and is ready to find out what that more looks like.

Come curious. Come exactly as you are. Come ready to grow.

Welcome to Frannie. 🤎

Strongest women I know right here 👊🏾 It’s true - we’re only as good as the company we keep - choose ‘em wisely ❤️ by @tiffanie.janowitz

Two truths can be present at any given moment.

One feeling does not override the other. But are we conditioned to make that the case?

We can love our lives and grieve parts of them.

We can be strong and still have tender places.

Sometimes something can be beautiful and devastating at the same time.

Coexistence is powerful and gives us permission to experience life deeper and not just function through it.

Depth is the goal, honoring your voice and your truth comes hand in hand. So where in your life can you practice that?

My best gal completed another trip around the sun today.

This one was full of more depth and growth than we ever expected. Some hard, some welcomed, some that ready or not, bulldozed its way in.

And through it all, Nans, you experienced it. You didn’t coast through. You didn’t numb out. You dug in and you were THERE.

To me, that is true strength. The kind that most don’t see or have the courage to push through. The kind that shapes you as a human and you’re forever changed. The kind that shakes priorities and gifts you massive clarity on what matters.

You wrapped your arms around discomfort and looked growth dead in the eyes and said lfg. The woman that walked out of that fire is fierce yet compassionate. Loving yet firm in her boots. Curious and full of depth.

This chapter of life is topping all the charts. It’s a privilege to walk alongside you as your best mate. And I must say, watching you love on my tiny human so hard is the most golden thing in life.

Happiest birthday, Nans. ILYSM. 💛🤟🏼 by @tiffanie.janowitz

We are simply the sous chefs in his kitchen…

And what he’s cooking up is good good good 🤌🏼✨ by @tiffanie.janowitz

The other trick up my sleeve?

I have the same belief in you. Once you realize how powerful you are, it’s a whole new level unlocked.

Instilling that self-belief so deeply that the outside noise doesn’t touch that foundation? That’s the work.

The work that will serve you and shatter what you thought was your “ceiling.”

It’s time to get to work, my gals. I believe in you. 🤎 by @tiffanie.janowitz

Life like this >>> 👊🏾❤️☀️ by @tiffanie.janowitz

October so far: golden, of course

Seriously, Mother Earth has been showing off her artwork and we are here for this palette. 🤌🏼

& we have a very important addition to the family. Leaf Man. Welcome to the crew, buddy. 😎😂

What’s golden with your week, my friends? 💛 by @tiffanie.janowitz

Are you managing your life or experiencing it?

I’ve been on both sides of the coin — survival mode vs presence & peace.

The shift was gradual at times and a damn sling shot in other chapters. And throughout the journey I’ve found my true freedom.

The ability to delegate my resources: time, money, attention, & energy.

I’m on a mission to help other women do the same. That’s why The Frannie Collective exists.

We get one life. It’s time to fully live IN it. 💛🫶🏼

Go anyways. 🤎

The rain said stay home. It also said get outside.

There’s no one way to do anything. And there’s usually magic in doing it the non-traditional way.

Today we bundled. We gathered. We connected. & we all left recharged.

Sunday Stroll - you were good to us. And our gals, we see you and love you so much. 🫶🏼 by @tiffanie.janowitz
