NEW TOY ALERT!!!! 🤩🤩🤩
THE SPINE CORRECTOR
I'm really excited about this one as it's been on it's way for a while.
The clue's in the name somewhat. It's a great place to put people if they're stiff and immobile in their backs. It's also a great way to add support and build strength at the intermediate level and add challenge as we progress.
As it's the one thing I haven't had I'll be starting to practice on this a lot more myself which means my regular private clients can expect the same...! 😄
If you've been thinking about trying a one to one class to improve your practice or give the classical equipment a go, drop me a line. 😊
