If I could go back and hold that little girl one more time, I would tell her how sorry I am for everything she's going to have to go through. For all the times she'll feel alone, the times her heart will break, and the moments she'll question her own worth.

But I would also tell her that one day, she'll find her way back to herself.

Life won't turn out the way she imagined. She'll lose herself along the way, but she'll also find a strength she never knew she had.

And if she asked me whether we made it, I'd tell her we're still becoming.

I hope she's proud of the woman we're becoming, because everything I've fought for has been for her, too. ❤️‍🩹
