I’m excited to have discovered a new to me medium - toilet paper clay! I just used TP and water, but I know many recipes include additional ingredients. I also feel like I could paper mache or paint these, and I might do that next, but I am really loving the natural look at the moment.
The birds in trees composition represents the stages of life - some birds are creating their nest, some growing their family. Others are empty nesters, and some never created a nest in the first place. Some in flight, some still. Life is ever changing, and I wanted this to be abstract and recognizable at the same time.
