13 days agoI came up with a three week time table but guess who still stresses about what to eat. My kids can be really choosy and I am not so adventurous with food myself. It makes all of us. Anyways, to answer your question, I think a two to three week timetable isn’t bad. It helps you not to repeat meals and also try out new things. I have also learned to to over think food cause simple youghurt and granola now passes for breakfast. I don’t want to loose my mind Biko😭😭

13 days agoMy daughters favorite food is beans and garri. 🤣 and she's 3. I had to come up with a menu which has helped and I diligently follow. I'll share in the DM but it mainly consistes of white rice, jollof rice, beans, spaghetti, plantain, potatoes, eba/any swallow, pancakes, waffles, fish sauce, eggs (yam but not so much)...etc.
13 days agoHmmm…Grilled sweet potatoes with eggs or any sauce, yam porridge, beans (W/plantain, yam, bread), sandwiches, swallow, ground beef spaghetti or any kind of pasta w/mixed veggies etc.

13 days agoMehn . I have the same struggle too. Sisi Yemmie has a one year Nigerian food meal plan which I heard is really good for meal planning ideas.
13 days agoIf your children eat anything and everything (mostly) then you definitely don’t have any problem in this life. Safe to assume that we all have the same fussy eater as children hence this singular and mutual problem.
