We are excellent at noticing what we want to add:
A new idea! A new offer! A new project! Oooooh, shiny! 😂

We are often slower to notice what has already run its course:
A commitment. A process. A goal. A relationship to our work.

Sometimes nothing exploded. And it doesn’t mean anyone failed.

You changed.

This week’s question:
What am I maintaining because it used to make sense?

You do not have to eliminate anything on the spot. Pay attention to what your answer reveals. Sometimes noticing the expiration date is enough for now.
