Things freediving has taught me that have nothing to do with freediving.

I haven’t had a PB (personal best) in over three years. Three YEARS. In any discipline 🙃

For a hard-hitting, dopamine-chasing, instant-gratification kind of personality, this has been one of my hardest lessons. 🫠

Not getting what I want? Be patient. Playing the long game? Definitely not how I usually roll.

But freediving has given me no choice.

And when I say my patience is being tested, you better believe it. 😅

But patient I am. Or at least, I’m learning to be. 🙏
