A recent Luxury & Hospitality Career Index 2026 survey, conducted by Digital Luxury Group (DLG) in collaboration with Glion and Les Roches, offers valuable insights into the career journeys of hospitality graduates.
Drawing on responses from 179 Glion alumni, the findings highlight the long-term impact of a Glion education on career progression, international mobility and professional development.
Career progression and global opportunities
- 85% of employed alumni surveyed hold management, executive or ownership positions.
- 52% of employed alumni surveyed work outside their home country.
Skills that make a difference
- 83% say Glion prepared them well or extremely well for cross-cultural communication.
- 75% say the same about their understanding of the luxury and hospitality industry.
- 67% highlight their preparation for building professional networks.
An education with lasting impact
Perhaps one of the most compelling findings: 42% of alumni surveyed say they regularly draw on their Glion education or consider it central to the way they work today.
