Quick Q: Have you ever introduced yourself with your pronouns?

Pronouns are part of how we talk about ourselves and each other - always has been and always will be. So getting someone’s pronouns right is important.

That doesn’t mean it’s the end of the world if you get someone’s pronouns wrong, but on those occasions it’s important to handle it with respect - correcting yourself, moving on and to keep trying.

It’s not about being perfect but it is about showing people they matter and that their identity is valid and to be celebrated.
