Copenhagen-based artist A.Dixen moves between experimental electronic music and club sounds, drawing on everything from techno and dub to bass-heavy rhythms and analogue experimentation.

As a producer, composer and member of electronic trio AV AV AV, his work spans club music, film scores and experimental sound projects.

For this year’s Trans Metro Express: Sunset Trip, A.Dixen delivered a lush, dynamic set, moving effortlessly between weighty dub and techno, psychedelic mutations of dubstep and intricate, bass-driven rhythms. With echoes of labels like Livity Sound, Horizontal Ground and Hessle Audio, the set was a journey through the deeper, low swung corners of club music.
