I thought I’d seen a lot of the Netherlands. Turns out, I’ve barely scratched the surface! 🇳🇱😍

One visit to Madurodam and suddenly my Netherlands bucket list has doubled! 😂

And I guess that’s kind of the point!

Madurodam lets you explore the Netherlands in miniature, and it opened my eyes to just how many incredible places I still haven’t visited.

From the windmills of Zaanse Schans to the charming streets of Delft, the canals of Utrecht and the picturesque harbour town of Volendam, I now have a whole new list of places I want to see in real life!

And did you know you can fly direct from Edmonton to Amsterdam? ✈️

The Netherlands is such an easy country to get around by train, and after this trip, I’m already dreaming about coming back to explore more of it.
