Joy Taylor takes on ATL 🍑🏙️ the hoops, the food, and everything that makes the A the A.
🎬 Premieres October 23

CLASS IN SESSION 📝 slide 6 may just change your brain chemistry

PART 2 of things that would’ve been more valuable to learn in health class than how to put a condom on a banana!!! (wtf was that)

because the amount of completely normal things about the female body that we’ve somehow turned into insecurities is actually insane.

moral of the story: your appetite changing, your body changing, needing dietary fat, and naturally carrying more body fat than men are not moral failures or things you need to fix. 😙💛

just some facts I wish someone had taught me this stuff a whole lot sooner

if you’re new here, hi I’m Mattie!! your dietitian bestie who thinks women deserve to know how their bodies work without being convinced they need to shrink them. join the fam if you need less diet culture on your feed. its fun here promise 🏃‍♀️✨💃🏻🥑

😂💕 THROWBACK TO ALY AT JUST ONE YEAR OLD! 🐾

Even back then, this little girl knew how to work her talking buttons AND her mama! 😂

Aly had gotten into trouble for dumping out her water, and Mama wasn’t too happy about it!

First, she pressed “MAD” followed by “I LOVE YOU.” 🥹❤️

Mama explained why she was upset and reminded Aly that she needed to be a good girl.

About 15 seconds later, Aly came back with a whole new approach…

💕 “MORNING BESTIE!”

😂 Nice try, little miss! Mama still remembers what you did!

Then came “WHY?” 🤔

And when Mama told her she needed to be a good girl, Aly pressed “WHERE?” 😂

EVERYWHERE, ALY! Mama wants you to be a good girl EVERYWHERE! 🤣🐾

The way she went from “MAD” to “I LOVE YOU” to “MORNING BESTIE” and then started asking questions absolutely cracks me up! 😂❤️

She may have been a little troublemaker, but she’s always been Mama’s little bestie! 🥹💕

Not us going from school girls glued to each other to THIS 🥹🤍
Never in a million years did we think we’d be here one day!!

My girls kicked off the wedding celebrations, and I swear they’re happier than I am 😭

The same girls who’ve been there through all my highs, lows, and everything in between are now crying happy tears and doing the most to make me feel special 🥹

If this isn’t being rich in love, idk what is 🫶🏻

Anyway, my bride era officially begins 💍
